Section 93: Power to exempt in certain cases

93. Power to exempt in certain cases.-- The 6[Federal Government] may, on the recommendation of the State Bank, declare, 7[by notification] in the official Gazette, that any or all of the provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to any banking company or to any class of banking companies either generally or for such period as may be specified.
