54: Records-of-rights and periodical records for groups of estates

Records-of-rights and periodical records for groups of estates.– The Board of Revenue may, by notification, direct that a record-of-rights shall be made for any group of neighbouring estates instead of separately for each of such estates and thereupon the provisions of this Chapter with respect to a record-of-rights and a periodical record for an estate shall so far as they can be made applicable, apply to the record-of-rights and the periodical record for such group of estates as if the group were an estate.
