Appointment of director by the State Bank.-- Notwithstanding anything contained in the 3[Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984)], or in the memorandum or articles of association of any banking company, the State Bank may appoint not more than one person to be a director of a banking company, whether or not he holds any qualification shares.]
