9. Power to make rules.―(1) The Commission may make rules1 for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may provide for payment to the members of a travelling allowance and daily allowance in respect of journeys performed in connection with the functions of the Commission. 1For such rules, see.
