33. Rights and remedies not exhaustive. —The rights and remedies provided to the Corporation under this Ordinance may be exercised separately or concurrently by the Corporation and are in addition to, and not in lieu or derogation of, any other rights or remedies the Corporation or any other person may legally have in respect of any nonperforming assets of the obligor and any related collateral.
