Section 114: Publication of list of candidates

114. Publication of list of candidates.—(1) The Returning Officer shall, after the scrutiny of nomination papers, prepare and display in the prescribed manner a list of validly nominated candidates. (2) In case an appeal against rejection or, as the case may be, acceptance of a nomination paper, is accepted by the Tribunal, the list of validly nominated candidates shall be revised accordingly. (3)The Commission shall publish the list of validly nominated candidates under this section on its website.
