Section 82: Admission to the polling station

82. Admission to the polling station.—The Presiding Officer, shall, subject to such instructions as the Commission may give in this behalf, regulate the number of voters to be admitted to the polling station at one time and shall exclude from the polling station all other persons except— (a) any person on duty in connection with the election; (b) the contesting candidates, their election agents and polling agents; and (c) such other persons as may be specifically permitted by the Commission or any other authority empowered by the Commission.
