4. Establishment of the Corporation.—(1) A corporation called the Corporate and Industrial Restructuring Corporation is hereby established for carrying out the purposes of this ordinance. (2) The Corporation shall be a body corporate having a common seal, with powers, subject to the provisions of the Ordinance, to hold and dispose of property and shall by its name sue and be sued. (3) The headquarters of the Corporation shall be at Islamabad or such other place as may be determined by the Board.
