3: Substitution of Schedule I of Act VII of 1870

Subject to the remission granted by Notification of Law Department of Balochistan Government dated 27 July, 1978 as amended by Notification dated 26 December, 1979, in Schedule I of the Court Fees Act, 1870 , for the entries in columns No. 2 and 3 against Article No. 1, the following shall be substituted, namely: ― "Seven and a half per centum on the amount or value of the subject matter in dispute subject to a maximum of fifteen thousand rupees."
