12. Chairman of the Board. ___(1) The Chairman of University Grants Commission shall be the Chairman of the Board. (2) The Chairman shall ensure that the provisions of this Ordinance, the Regulations and Rules are faithfully observed in the College. (3) The Chairman shall perform such other functions as may be entrusted to him by the Board or the Controlling Authority.
