Section 42: Preservation of secrecy

42. Preservation of secrecy.___ (1) Except for the performance of his duties or the exercise of his functions or when lawfully required to do so by any court under the provisions of any law, no member of the Board or employee of the Fund shall disclose to any person any intonation relating to the affairs of the Board or Fund or any person which he has acquired in the performance of his functions or the exercise of his powers under this Act. (2) Any person, who contravenes sub-section (1), shall be liable to disciplinary proceedings in accordance with the procedure as may be prescribed by regulations.
