Regulation of business in gold, etc.- The 8[Federal Government] may, by notification in the official Gazette, regulate business in, or connected with, gold or silver or precious stones or ornaments made of gold or silver or precious stones, within fifteen miles of the frontier or coastline of Pakistan.
