8[36A. Electricity Board.–9[(1) A Board to be called the Federal Electricity Board shall be constituted to exercise the powers conferred by section 37. (2) The Federal Electricity Board shall consist of the following members, namely:___ (a) a Chairman to be nominated by the Federal Government; (b) one member each to be nominated by the Provincial Governments of the Punjab, North-West Frontier Province, Sind and Baluchistan; (c) one member to be nominated by the Federal Government for Islamabad Capital Territory; and (d) one member to be nominated by the Chairman of the Railway Board: Provided that if at any time it seems fit to do so the Federal Government may appoint not more than two additional members.] 1Clauses (a), (b) and (c) were re-lettered as clauses (b), (c) and (d) respectively, by Act I of 1922, s. 16. 2Subs. by A.O., 1964, Art. 2 and Sch. for “any such Board”. 3The original sub-section (1) as amended by A.
