29. Provisions relating to rules.__ (1) In making any rules under this Act, the 1[Federal Government] may__ (a) provide for any matter ancillary to such rules for which in 7[its] opinion provision is necessary to protect the public from danger arising from the import, transport, storage, production, refining or blending of petroleum, and (b) make special provision for the special circumstances of any Province or place. 1Subs. by the Federal Adaptation of Laws Order, 1975 (P.O.
