33. Accounts and audit.___(1) The Institution shall maintain accounts of its income and expenditure in such form and manner as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Institution shall be audited at such times and in such manner as may be prescribed by auditors appointed by the 1[Federal Government]. 1Subs. by F.A.O., 1975, Art. 2 and Table, for “Central Government”. (3) The auditors shall have access to the books, accounts and other documents of the Institution at all reasonable times, and may call for such explanations and information as they may require, or examine any officer of the Institution. (4) The auditors shall forward their report to the 1[Federal Government] together with an audited copy of the accounts of the Institution.
