8. Terms of the members of the Board of Governors. —(1) The member of BoG shall hold office for a term of three years extendable for only such one farther term, except ex-officio members of the BoG. (2) A member shall, on the expiry of his term of office, be eligible for re -nomination or re- appointment subject to assent and on the recommendation of the Chairperson of BOG.
