13. Preparation of schemes by Authority.⎯ The Authority may, pursuant to the master­ programme, itself prepare, when it considers it desirable to do so in the public interest, schemes for the Specified Areas relating to the matters enumerated in sub­section (2) of section 12. 1Subs. by Federal Adaptation of Laws Order, 1975 Art.
