3. Establishment and incorporation of the Bank.____(1) As soon as may be after the commencement of this Ordinance, there shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance a bank to be called the National Bank of Pakistan to carry on the business of banking. (2) The Bank shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
