29. Restriction on amendment of 55&55a[goods declaration].- Except as provided in section 88, no amendment of 56&56a[goods declaration] relating to goods assessed for duty on the declared value, quantity or description thereof shall be allowed after such goods have been removed from the customs-area 57[or assigned a Customs Reference Number electronically, as the case may be].
