7. Delegation of powers.___ The 1[Federal Government] may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct that any power conferred by this Ordinance shall, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be exercisable also by___ (a) such officer or authority subordinate to the 1[Federal Government], or (b) such Provincial Government or such other authority subordinate to a Provincial Government, as may be specified in the direction.
