WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the regulation of the functioning of foreign cultural associations; It is hereby enacted as follows:—

• Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement
• Section 2: Definitions. In this Act unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,
• Section 3: Formation of foreign cultural associations
• Section 4: Responsibilities of foreign cultural association
• Section 5: Dissolution of foreign cultural association
• Section 6: Consequences of dissolution
• Section 7: Government servant not to become member of a foreign cultural association
• Section 8: Members not to obtain pecuniary advantage
• Section 9: Acceptance of foreign assistance
• Section 10: Financial assistance by foreign cultural association prohibited
• Section 11: Destruction, etc. of books and records prohibited
• Section 12: Filing of copies of political propaganda
• Section 13: Penalties and procedure
• Section 14: Indemnity
• Section 15: Power to make rules
• Section 16: Delegation of Powers
