The Fee-Charging Employment Agencies (Regulation) Act, 1976

WHEREAS it is expedient to regulate the working of fee-charging and other employment agencies conducted with a view to profit for placement of workers within Pakistan and for matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:—

• Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement
• Section 2: Definitions. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,
• Section 3: Prohibition to act as fee-charging employment agency. After the enforcement of this

• Section 5: Issue, renewal, cancellation and suspension of licence
